I was starting to wonder if anyone was gonna say it. This election in typecasting the two lead democratic candidates as the "black one" and the "female one" has done nothing but to perpetuate the white male privilege that dominates this country! Why don't we instead look at the two candidates as "the one with the most effective exit strategy in Iraq" against "the one who has fought for decades now for universal healthcare". These are inevitably the facts that matter and we do nothing but ignore them. Finally! I was starting to wonder if anyone was gonna say it.
